If cancelled 15 days prior the check in date no retention charged If cancelled 14 - 07 days prior the check in date 25% of the total amount will be charged If cancelled 06 - 03 days prior the check in date 50% of the total amount will be charged If cancelled/No show 01 day prior the check in date or No Show on Early checkout 100% of the total amount will be charged No Exceptions shall be made to the above cancellation policy under any circumstances.

CHILD POLICY
Child under the age of 05 years will be complimentary. Child above the age of 06 years and within 10 years without extra mattress will be marked as Child With No Bed (CNB) and charged accordingly. Child above the age of 11 years will marked as extra person and charges accordingly whether extra bed opt or not

DAMAGES
Please bring to the attention of the reception any damages or missing items noticed during check-in. Any breakages or loss of hotel linen, furniture, electronics or any other items shall be suitably charged during checkout inspection.

REMOTE AREA LIMITATIONS
Our beautiful Lachung is located at 9000 ft above sea level at a very remote location. There is no petrol pump or market or service centers or repair shops or even mechanics & technicians readily available in Lachung. Cable TV, Internet & Telephone Signals and even Electricity is very unpredictable depending upon weather and other conditions. Hence even tough we stirve provide all these facilities, but in case of any technical issues, sudden defects or defaults in electronic items such as TV/Geyser/Intercom/Lights or non-availibility of certain room amenities, we expect the guest to maturely understand the situtation and co-operate with us and we cannot held responsible or compelled for provision of the same and no refund can be granted thus.

NON VEG POLICY
The hotel does not provide non veg food. However guests are free to procure or consume non-veg in their rooms at their own cost and arrangements. Big groups of more than 10 rooms will also be allowed to procure and serve non veg to their own guests only, in the buffet at their own cost and arrangement.

GENSET USAGE
The Hotel does have 62.5 kva Genset for Power Backup, but since diesel is not available locally in our beautiful but remote Lachung and has to be procured from Mangan (about 2.5 hours away), and our beautiful Lachung being prone to long and erratic power cuts, we are forced to operate Gensets conservatively between 6pm to 11pm and 6am to 8am in order to save the limited availibility of fuel. We expect guests to understand the situation and cannot be held responsible for or compelled to run genset at all times or if fuel not available, and no refund can be granted in such situations.
